RMT is a specialty contractor that specializes in asbestos, lead, PCB and hazardous material abatement, structural and non-structural demolition. RMT was established in 1994 in the state of MA and it is certified as a minority contractor (Small Disadvantaged Business) by both the federal government (HUBZone ) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (SDB, MBE, DBE, DCAM). Despite the recent downturn in the economy the company has more than double its previous year sales revenue with healthy profit margins.
We perform projects of all sizes and scope for both Private and Public Clients throughout New England from our Regional Office at 33 Franklin Street, Lawrence, MA 01840. Our current bonding capacity of 5M Single 11M aggregate allows us to meet client bonding requirements.
Our delivery of quality field operations is rooted on our experienced Supervisory Staff. On average, our Supervisors have more than ten years of direct field management experience in the Environmental Construction Field. We utilize state of the art management techniques and control software to manage the project from the initial submittal process to contract closeout.

Technologies, Inc. a high honor graduate form ummass maherst His responsibilities among other are Overseeing operations and management of the company.. Execute the proper rules & regulations of all abatement & demolition projects. Supervise proper design of work area construction and demolition activities for abatement projects. Prior to becoming president Mr Guzman was the Accounts Manager of R.M. Technologies, Inc, From August, 1997 –September 2004. His responsibilities were as follows: Development and growth of new accounts. Responsible for project estimating, project feasibility studies, manpower, determinations, project scheduling, client/ subcontractor agreements. Project management coordination, cost tracking, overseeing proper design of work area activities for abatement projects for both private & public projects.
Prior to working for R.M. Technologies, Mr. Guzman was the General Manager of Flexible Workforce, an environmental Temporary Agency in Lawrence, MA his responsibilities included overall management and administration of the agency also sales and management of accounts
