Acquired R.M. Technologies, Inc., in August of 1997. Oversees operations and management of the company providing the firm with direction through his implementation of long term strategies. Responsible for the successful completion of a multitude of projects over the past 10 years totaling over 35 million dollars in value. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Amherst, MA. In 1995 developed a temporary workforce consisting of asbestos, lead, and demolition laborers to be utilized by several large asbestos contractors across New England.

Yakaira Inoa - General Manager

Employed by R.M. Technologies, Inc. since May of 2002. Responsible for the overall operation of the company. A.S. Computer Sciences: Application & Operation Specialist Option. Monitors and directs projects operations including the quality, safety, progress, and ensuring client satisfaction. Oversees project budget, cash flow, return on investment, and other (general) financial analysis. Ensure financial goals and requirements for each project are attained.

Alexandra Santos - Senior Project Manager

Employed by R.M. Technologies, Inc. since January 1999. Responsible for management of our Lead Department. A.S. Business Administration. Trained and certified as a MA Lead Inspector and Risk Assessor, MA Construction Supervisor License & Deleading Supervisor. Monitors and directs Lead projects operations including the quality, safety, progress and completion. Responsible for the supervision of office Administrative Assistant.

Laura Jimenez – Financial Accounts Manager

Employed by R.M. Technologies, Inc. since 2010. Responsible for developing and monitoring strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability for RMT. Ensures that the staff and executive board have sufficient and up-to-date information related to the day to day operations of RMT.

Richard Leone, Project Manager

Employed by R.M. Technologies, Inc. since July 2007. Project Management Coordinates and supervises major asbestos abatement & demolition project responsible. Over 10 years experience in the field of environmental remediation from residential & commercial properties throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Asbestos Supervisor Licensed for the states of MA, CT, MN, NH and RI.

Manuel Almonte, Project Manger

Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedure, enforces project standards, minimizes exposure and risk on project sites, ensure project documentations are complete, current and filed appropriately. Responsible for seeking out and targeting new customers and new sales oppurtunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for RMT. Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the company. Establishes performance goals for the sales department, and monitors performance on a continual basis.

Jessie Cabral, Research & Development Specialist

Responsible for assisting all RMT research projects and coordinating with the business and strategic goals associated. Researches all construction projects throughout New England related to project and strategic goals, as well.

Benny Garcia, Logistics Manager

Responsible for maintaining all logistical aspects of the field related to transport of equipment and materials.
