This project was a design build that involved the complete remediation and demolition of an entire building including sitework restoration at the Groton, CT Navy base. RMT, working as a sub, planned and executed the site environmental remediation followed by the building demolition and site restoration. Under the direct supervision of the USCG and a GC, RMT performed this project 4 days prior to a very strict and tight scheduled deadline. The building was fully remediated of all hazardous material including asbestos and lead by a crew of experienced trained and certified workers from our firm. It was also, subsequently demolished.
