This project is for the complete modernization of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Service Center in Andover, MA; a facility with 350,000 SF. RMT is responsible for the removal and disposal of all the Asbestos Containing Materials and Lead in the building to facilitate the process of new construction. RMT is working under the direction of a general contractor working for the building owner the GSA. RMT started its operation in the fall of 2009 and have completed phase I successfully and without a glitch on time and currently waits to start phase II scheduled to start this coming winter 2011-2012. Our firm experience in this project has been very valuable and satisfactory.
