This project consisted of emergency improvements to the HVAC system at the Massachusetts State Lab Building located in Jamaica Plain, MA. The building was occupied during the remediation of asbestos pipe insulation in the boiler room and various floors throughout the building. RMT performed flawlessly and within the time constraints of the project successfully. The project consisted of a very tight schedule that coordinated various trades in renovating the HVAC system with minimum interruptions.
