This project is for the modernization of the Musterfield At Concord Place; a residential complex in Framingham, MA; a complex made up of around 110 apartment units that are distributed throughout various buildings. RMT was responsible for the removal and disposal of all asbestos inside the apartment units, building basements, and for the interior demolition of all walls, ceilings and floors. Our scope of work ran successfully from October 2009 through the summer of 2011. Our work was performed in two distinctive phases designed to allow for the movement of the apartment residents and under very strict time constraints due to the complexity of the project. Our work went as planned and scheduled and had definitely met all the projects milestones placed under our responsibilities by the Framingham Housing Authority.
