RMT is certified by the Commonwealth Department of Capital and Asset Management on a yearly basis with a current customer satisfaction rating above 90%.

RMT is signatory with the international laborers union giving us access to hundreds of laborers for an emergency situation within an hour’s notice. Our in-house safety and quality assurance manager facilitates monthly refresher courses for all employees that incorporate existing regulatory mandates as well as forthcoming regulations.

Safety

RMT meets all state and federal regulations including but not limited to the following: OSHA, EPA and DEP. In addition, RMT utilizes a Comprehensive Safety Program that makes SAFETY, our top priority in the field. We utilize required environmental and construction standards that are accepted and recognized by every public job. RMT is a fully licensed and insured company throughout all of the New England states. Our emphasis on safety and environmental regulations continue to set us aside from our competitors securing annual re-licensing and increasing our bonding capacity year after year. With the help and support of the SBA Bonding Program, RMT's bonding capacity has been growing steadily as RMT completes newer and bigger projects safely and without issues.

Training

Our support and field employees are trained consistently on the latest innovative techniques available to perform what we do. Each individual employee has a unique training program which includes periodic and up to date refresher trainings. Our training emphasizes constant communication and information sharing designed to create and foster teamwork. It also emphasizes, that we are in business to satisfy our clients 100% of the time, every time.

Equipment

RMT promotes and enforces a preventative maintenance program for all its vehicles, tools and equipment. All equipment is inspected in our warehouse before leaving to the field, to ensure that they are in good, working conditions and safe to use as instructed by the manufacturer. Owning our equipment enables RMT to deliver top notch service to our clients, while meeting our efficiency objectives. Upon return from the field all tools and equipment are reinspected and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions and then stored for re-use in our 3,000 SF warehouse conveniently located a couple of blocks from our main office. Disposable material is purchased on a just in time basis to perform projects as required and to meet the project schedule and productivity levels.
